We currently ship within Australia only.

Each Earth Gentle Naturals order is prepared in small batches and made to order. To preserve freshness and quality, please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be prepared and dispatched. Shipping times are additional and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, where available.

Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Earth Gentle Naturals is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer. Orders submitted with incorrect delivery details may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
