Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind on opened or used items.
However, nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, damaged, not as described, or does not meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your rights under Australian law.
If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a problem with your product, please contact us at hello@earthgentlenaturals.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order, with your order number and photos where relevant.
